A King of Spades and a Queen of Hearts, reimagined as a pair of bold, graphic portraits. Each raises a glass of wine and holds a loyal hound, surrounded by crowns, suits and blocks of colour taken from the playing card.

Hand-painted in acrylic, in a different palette each time. The photographs show finished pairs in emerald and scarlet, cobalt and dove grey with gold leaf, and royal blue and burgundy with gold leaf and hand-painted calligraphy. The room images show other colour schemes the pair can be painted in.

Each pair is painted to order in Melbourne, in one of these colour schemes or in colours chosen for your space, with gold leaf details if you'd like them and the option of an ornate frame painted to match.
